Marissa Zielinski, born and raised in Buffalo, graduated from Niagara University before traveling down to West Virginia for law school. She graduated from West Virginia University College of Law in 2014. Marissa has provided zealous representation of injured workers at the New York State Workers' Compensation Board since 2015. Marissa also represents the severely injured in their claims for Social Security Disability benefits. Marissa is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association Workers' Compensation Committee and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives. In her free time, Marissa enjoys playing hockey and spending time with her dog, Jack and her cats, Max and Zemgus.
