Our fees are set by statute and paid to us directly by the insurance carrier or employer and we are not paid unless we obtain additional benefits for you.  We are not paid any fees on what you are being paid now.  We are paid when we obtain additional benefits for you. The fees in workers' compensation are low, generally 15% on any additional monetary lump sum we obtain for you over and above what you are receiving and vary downward from there depending on your current ongoing rate of compensation. If we are unable to move any additional monies to you, we are not entitled to a fee. The duration of a case can vary widely based on its complexity, the legal issues involved, and court schedules. Moreover, your treatment can extend or delay issues in your case.  Each case is individual and we work with you to wrap up your case when the need arises.

If you are injured at work, know that the fees you pay your representative are made when your representative obtains additional benefits for you.  If no additional money moves to you, there is no fee. Moreover, any fee awarded is reviewed by and must be approved by the Administrative Law Judge.
