Pennsylvania Courts understand fair compensation for work place injuries - Do your New York State legislators understand? Let them know you oppose ANY changes to the impairment guidelines that would roll back your benefits for permanent disability.

Looks like California has a similar system that results in injured workers' having to fight for every treatment, medicine and benefit following a work injury.

Written for the insurance companies, but still good information on how the NYS Workers' Compensation Board is going about reducing or eliminating opiate use for injured workers' with chronic, unrelenting pain
